Want Better Sleep? Stop Sleeping Longer. Start Sleeping Smarter.
If there is one thing I want you to take away from this, it is ... a consistent sleep routine will do more for your sleep quality than adding extra hours ever will.
Here is why.
When you go to bed at 10 p.m. one night and 1 a.m. the next, your internal clock gets completely thrown off. It does not know when to make you sleepy. It does not know when to wake you up.
The result?
You spend your nights tossing and turning and your days running on empty.
But when your timing is consistent? Your body learns the pattern and sleep starts to feel automatic.
The 2 Rules to Follow Starting This Week:
✅ Rule #1 — Lock In Your Wake Time
Wake up at the same time every day. Yes, even on weekends.
✅ Rule #2 — Stay Within 30 Minutes
Do not let your bedtime or wake time shift by more than 30 minutes from night to night. Your body loves predictable patterns. Give it that consistency for the next couple of weeks and watch what happens to your sleep.
You do not need more hours. You need better habits.
One of my biggest wins is something I am truly humbled and honored by: I was selected by the World Health Organization to speak on the importance of sleep. If you know my story, you know this one hits different.
Sleep is not just my career, it is personal. I live with Obstructive Sleep Apnea myself, and that experience is what drives everything I do. To now stand on a global stage with one of the most respected health organizations in the world and share science-backed information about why sleep matters. I cannot put into words what that means to me. This would not have been possible without every single one of you.
My followers, my Dream List community, you showed up, you shared, you trusted me with your health, and because of that, doors like this keep opening. Thank you. We did this together.
